Acceptable Use Policy

Version 2026-07-12 · Effective July 12, 2026

This Policy defines what may and may not be requested, funded, or created on Kamirin (operated by AF Limited LLC). It applies to idea text, pledges, creator content, and all communication. Ideas are screened before publication, and violations lead to removal, strikes, suspension, or a ban.

Prohibited content and requests

You may not request, fund, create, or facilitate any of the following:

  • Anything involving minors. Any sexualization of minors or child sexual abuse material is strictly forbidden and will be reported to authorities as required by law.
  • Sexual or adult content. Nudity, sexual acts, and pornographic material.
  • Serious-injury or death risk. Self-harm, suicide, dangerous stunts likely to cause serious injury or death, and similar safety-floor violations.
  • Weapons and dangerous goods, and their unlawful use.
  • Illegal acts. Paying for a crime — theft, vandalism, trespass, drug offenses, or any other unlawful activity — is solicitation and is prohibited.
  • Gambling, wagering, and games of chance. Betting, lotteries, raffles, sweepstakes, and pay-to-play prize contests. Kamirin is a marketplace for content, not a gambling or sweepstakes platform.
  • Regulated and restricted businesses. Activities on our payment processor’s restricted-business list, and regulated goods or services offered unlawfully.
  • Hate and discrimination, including content promoting violence or hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
  • Harassment. Targeting a specific person with abuse, doxxing, stalking, or threats.
  • Platform circumvention. Arranging payment off-platform, evading a ban with new accounts, or otherwise evading the Platform’s payment and safety systems.
  • Automated abuse. Bots, scraping, or coordinated activity used to manipulate boards, leaderboards, votes, or pledges.
  • Security abuse. Malware, unauthorized access, or probing, scanning, or testing the security of the Platform without our permission.
  • Fraud and deception, impersonation, and coordinated manipulation.
  • Sanctioned use. Use by anyone subject to U.S. sanctions or located in an embargoed jurisdiction.

Real people and consent

An idea that names or targets a specific real third party requires that person’s verified consent before a creator may accept it. Consent is never taken on a requester’s or creator’s word alone.

Risk and creator discretion

Every request is opt-in. Creators choose what fits their channel and may reject any idea. Ideas flagged as higher-risk require the creator to acknowledge an assumption-of-risk and release before acceptance. Creators must follow the law and may not endanger themselves or others.

Screening, reporting, and enforcement

Ideas pass an automated pre-publish screen; borderline content is routed to human review and never auto-publishes. Anyone can report an idea, user, or delivery. Violations result in graduated enforcement — content removal and strikes that can escalate to suspension or a permanent ban — with an appeals process. All moderation and money decisions are recorded in an immutable audit log.

Mandatory reporting

We remove child sexual abuse material and will report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement as required by law. We may preserve and disclose information where legally compelled or necessary to prevent imminent harm.

Copyright and DMCA

We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Send notices to us at dmca@kamirin.com with the information the DMCA requires (identification of the work, the material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and your signature). We provide a counter-notice process, and it is our policy to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
