Acceptable Use Policy
Version 2026-06-07 · Effective June 7, 2026
This Policy defines what may and may not be requested, funded, or created on Kamirin. It applies to idea text, pledges, creator content, and all communication. Ideas are screened before publication, and violations lead to removal, strikes, suspension, or a ban.
Prohibited content and requests
You may not request, fund, create, or facilitate any of the following:
- Anything involving minors. Any sexualization of minors or child sexual abuse material is strictly forbidden and is reported to authorities as required by law.
- Sexual or adult content. Nudity, sexual acts, and pornographic material.
- Serious-injury or death risk. Self-harm, suicide, dangerous stunts likely to cause serious injury or death, and similar safety-floor violations.
- Weapons and dangerous goods, and their unlawful use.
- Illegal acts. Paying for a crime — theft, vandalism, trespass, drug offenses, or any other unlawful activity — is solicitation and is prohibited.
- Hate and discrimination, including content promoting violence or hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
- Harassment. Targeting a specific person with abuse, doxxing, stalking, or threats.
- Platform circumvention. Arranging payment off-platform or otherwise evading the Platform’s payment and safety systems.
- Fraud and deception, impersonation, and coordinated manipulation.
Real people and consent
An idea that names or targets a specific real third party requires that person’s verified consent before a creator may accept it. Consent is never taken on a requester’s or creator’s word alone.
Risk and creator discretion
Every request is opt-in. Creators choose what fits their channel and may reject any idea. Ideas flagged as higher-risk require the creator to acknowledge an assumption-of-risk and release before acceptance. Creators must follow the law and may not endanger themselves or others.
Screening, reporting, and enforcement
Ideas pass an automated pre-publish screen; borderline content is routed to human review and never auto-publishes. Anyone can report an idea, user, or delivery. Violations result in graduated enforcement — content removal and strikes that can escalate to suspension or a permanent ban — with an appeals process. All moderation and money decisions are recorded in an immutable audit log.
