Problem with a charge?
Kamirin charges your card in one place only: buying store credit. Backing a board spends credit you already bought, so it never touches your card again.
If you see a charge you do not recognise, email us the date and the amount and we will tell you what it was. If it should not have happened, we will put it right.
You can also dispute the charge with your bank — that is your right, and we will not close your account or touch the credit you already hold. If we see a repeated pattern of disputes we may pause your ability to buy new credit, which is the same thing our Terms say. It is worth knowing that a bank dispute typically takes several weeks to resolve.
If you dispute a charge directly with your payment provider, we may be restricted in the assistance — including any refund — that we can provide, because of the payment provider’s dispute process. If something’s wrong with a charge, contact us first.
Where your money is
Store credit stays in your wallet until you spend it on a board. If a board you backed is declined, expires, or is not delivered, the credit goes back to your wallet — you will get a notification saying so, with the amount.
Your wallet lists every credit added, every board backed, and the date of each.
What to include
The date and amount are usually enough. If it is about a specific board, its name helps. Please do not email card numbers — we never need them, and we cannot see them.
Account and everything else
Same address for anything else: sign-in trouble, closing your account, a creator or a board that breaks the acceptable use policy, or a privacy request under our privacy policy.
